So I want to preface with saying that I have severe dental anxiety. I have switched dentist like underwear because of this, thinking every new dentist I will stop there. Clearly a me issue not them. Then I thought I will know when i find it, almost like looking for a unicorn at this point , because with anxiety ypu dont know exactly what you need to feel less anxious. I had to male this appt so I did what I usually do, breath through it. I came in and the first thing g I noticed was how nostalgic and clean it looks inside. I already felt a bit better, because lets me real the atmosphere/vibe does matter! Then I get in the room my heart is beating amd im working through it and the assistant (im so mad I forgot her name, maybe jessica?) Was litterly the best. She listened, she joked, we shared interests and it lessened my anxiety alot. She explained everything everything we needed to do and was patient. Then lets talk about Dr. Lubecki... I was most afraid because formly I feel even good dentist d9 t have great patience with anxiety ridden clients. Im mindful that they're on a time frame per client so I try not to take it personally, but it does make anxiety rid patients worse and

Really great experience over my first few visits at Lane on Broad Street. Dr Saeed and the other clinical team I've interacted with have done really good work and been so friendly. The admin team also has ben really nice - Nicole proactively worked with my insurance provider to plan and reimburse my care in a way that reduced my out of pockets costs from what was initially expected.

The dentist, Dr. Saeed, was very thorough. He made reasonable suggestions for some dental work to be done in the future. Hygienist, Sonjay, was very gentle and quick. We’ve been patients with Lane for at least 10 years and have always been well cared for and satisfied.

The best thing about a good dentist is being able to get in and out of a routine appointment quickly and easily. The receptionists are efficient and friendly, and they’ve been great when I needed to reschedule an appointment due to my work schedule changing last minute. My hygienist is really fast and thorough with my cleaning, while still being gentle on my teeth and gums and giving me time to rest between work. I can’t speak to getting more involved work done like root canals or crowns, but if you need a good place for routine care, they’re perfect!

Sanjay is the greatest! He treats my 93 year old Mother so kindly and gently. He does a wonderful job cleaning her teeth and keeping her in great shape! He also helps us navigate the ever confusing insurance issues. Thank you Sanjay!
